Jim Considine III, CPMR

Jim III has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and 23 years experience as a manufacturers representative; the last 18 with Considine Sales & Marketing. He is Detroit based and has responsibility for accounts in Eastern Michigan; Buckeye Sales/Jeg's and Summit Racing/A-Tech. Jim III is responsible for day-to-day operations at CSM as well as supporting the other territories with programs and specific sales efforts.

Greg Bernheisel, CPMR

Greg resides in Goshen, Indiana and is responsible for Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, and Wisconsin markets. Greg has 26 years experience in the automotive industry and brings an exciting energy to CSM. His background as National Sales Manager for aftermarket suppliers as well as his tenure in territory sales gives Greg the well-rounded ability to assist our manufacturers with sales programs and targets. You will enjoy Greg's daily selling excitement. Greg is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations at CSM.

Gary Edwards

Gary lives in Columbiana, Ohio and is responsible for the West Virginia, Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania markets. He is also part of the team that services Summit Racing/A-Tech Motorsports. Gary has a broad technical background and spends his weekends racing sprint cars in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Prior to CSM, Gary owned and operated a family Speed Shop for more than 20 years.

Thom Bernheisel

Thom resides in Indianapolis, Indiana and has a broad territory which includes Mid-Southern Indiana, Southwest Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois and Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Ball State University and over 3 years experience as a manufacturer's representative. Thom uses his youth to generate enthusiasm and provide initiative to obtain marketing and sales goals and gather pertinent information in order to best grow our manufacturer's products in the field.

Jim Bell

Jim has 40+ years of jobber/installer customer service experience with such prestigious WDs as Blacksmith Distributing, Keystone Automotive and Nickels Performance. He is a hands-on racer and a motorcycle enthusiast – hobbies that add to the knowledge he brings to CSM. Jim’s addition to our sales and service force bolsters CSM’s commitment to our manufacturers to increase pull-thru marketing, sales and field information efforts in our territory.

 

Central Midwestern Branch

Shawn T. Pitts     

Located in our Central Midwestern branch, Shawn has worked in the Automotive Aftermarket for 21 years...17 years for a top Aftermarket Truck Manufacturer and has been with CSM for 4 years now. Shawn’s dedication to the customer along with his understanding of all forms of distribution from the manufacturer’s perspective makes him invaluable to our agency. Shawn is involved with YEN (Young Executive Network) and is a SEMA Ambassador.  He has been involved with several SEMA committees and helped start up a marketing group among non competing manufacturers called the “Alliance Marketing Group”.  Shawn’s passion for the industry and its history is what will drive him to bring the highest level of sales and service to his territory which includes the MINK states  of Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas.

Phil Burke 

Phil resides in the greater Kansas City metro area and is primarily responsible for accounts in Kansas and Western Missouri. Phil comes to us with over 35 years experience in the automotive industry. Phil began his career with a major Oil Company in the Chicago area serving as a Sales Rep leading to an Area Manager position. A few years later, Phil moved to Kansas City and worked for a Midwest Manufacturers Rep Agency for 2 years before joining a major Truck Accessory manufacturer as their National Sales Manager. In 1986 Phil started his Manufacturers Rep Agency in the Midwest representing Manufacturers of auto parts and accessories…calling on large WD’s, Jobbers, Sporting Goods Companies such as Cabela’s and Bass Pro and other automotive-related accounts. Phil has been associated with Considine Sales since 2007.

Tom Bougie

Tom is located in Grand Fork, ND and brings 25 plus years of aftermarket achievements in manufacturing sales management. His territory encompasses Minnesota along with North and South Dakota. Tom's sales history of working with WD's, Mass/Chain Merchandisers and Jobbers will bring opportunities and growth to the CSM group of manufacturers. Tom’s dedication to customer satisfaction combined with his extensive sales experience in both the performance and truck accessory aftermarket  are key ingredients for a recipe of success.  Not to mention he was awarded PWA Person of the Year in 1995.

 

 

Office Manager

Anna Hay    

Anna lives in Holly, Michigan and is the backbone of communications and information for CSM. Anna’s primary duties include accumulating monthly information for each sales territory, direct customer mailings, preparation of sales presentations, and keeping CSM organized.
