Jim Considine III
CPMR/Partner
Jim III has a Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) and has over 34 years’ experience as a manufacturers representative; the last 30 with Considine Sales & Marketing. He is Detroit based and has responsibility for accounts in Eastern Michigan, along with servicing the premier accounts of Motorstate Distributing, Summit Racing/A-Tech Motorsports and Jeg’s/Buckeye Sales. Jim III is responsible for day-to-day operations at CSM as well as supporting the other territories with programs and specific sales goals and marketing efforts. Jim enjoys track days with his modified Mustang.
Greg resides in Syracuse, Indiana and is responsible for the Northern Indiana & Northern Illinois markets. Greg has over 39 years of experience in the aftermarket industry, is a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) and brings an exciting energy to CSM. His background as VP and National Sales Manager for aftermarket suppliers as well as his tenure in territory sales gives Greg the well-rounded ability to assist our manufacturers with sales programs and targets. Greg is also responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations at CSM and the premier accounts of Meyer Distributing, The Tire Rack, Motorstate Distributing and Balkamp.

Shawn Pitts
Sales Rep/Partner
Centrally located in Iowa, Shawn has worked in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry for over 30 years. 17 of which were for a top truck accessory manufacturer and has been with CSM for 17 years now. Shawn's dedication to the customer along with his understanding of all forms of distribution from the manufacturer's perspective makes him invaluable to our agency. Shawn was involved with SEMA’s Young Executive Network (YEN) and is a SEMA ambassador. His passion for the industry and its history is what will drive Shawn to bring the highest level of sales and service to his territory which includes the MINK states of Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas.
Gary Edwards

Gary lives in Hermitage, PA and is responsible for the Ohio, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania markets. He is also part of the team that services Summit Racing/A-Tech Motorsports. Gary has a broad technical background & spends his weekends racing sprint cars in Ohio & Pennsylvania. Prior to CSM, Gary owned and operated a family Speed Shop for more than 20 years. Gary also plays a major role in generating sales flyers and managing our creative department. His tenure in the automotive aftermarket now spans over 50 years, the last 25 with CSM.
Thom Bernheisel
Territory Sales Rep
Thom resides in Mishawaka, Indiana and has a broad territory which includes Mid-Southern Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Ball State University and over 16 years’ experience as a manufacturer's representative. Thom uses his enthusiasm and initiative to provide and obtain marketing and sales goals to gather pertinent information in order to best grow our manufacturer's products in the field. Thom assists the team that calls on Meyer Distributing.
Jim has 50+ years of jobber installer customer service experience with such prestigious WDs as Blacksmith Distributing, Keystone Automotive and Nickels Performance. He is a hands-on racer and a motorcycle enthusiast, hobbies that add to the knowledge he brings to CSM. Jim's addition to our sales and service force bolsters CSM's commitment to our manufacturers, which includes increasing pull-thru marketing, follow through sales efforts and suppling solid field information in our territories, directly at the jobber level.

Mike Wymore

Mike’s passion for motorsports has given him over 35 years of experience with warehouse distributing, manufacturing and retail sales in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry. Over the years Mike has worn many hats which has molded him into a well-rounded sales representative. Mike has served time as a National Sales Manager for a prominent aftermarket manufacture, a territory salesman, a customer service rep, a retail store manager, and understands purchasing, marketing and production scheduling at every level. Mike enjoys traveling with his wife and his bucket list includes visiting all of the National Parks. He has visited 8 foreign countries and 31 states, Alaska being his favorite. With ease Mike will service Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas.
Ken attended Ferris State University and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Auto Service Technology. He has worked in the automotive aftermarket for 40 years, most recently with Auto Wares Inc. as president and a stockholder of Auto Performance Inc. for 30 years. During those years Ken was responsible for over 600 vendors to more than 450 traditional auto parts stores throughout the Great Lakes market. His vast experience in working with both manufactures and regional jobbers allows him to service his Michigan territory quite effectively.

Anna lives in Holly, Michigan and is the backbone of communications and information for CSM. Anna's primary duties include accumulating monthly information for each sales territory, direct customer mailings, preparation of sales presentations, and keeping CSM organized. CSM has enjoyed the luxury of Anna’s exceptional office skills for over 19 years. When it comes to the automotive and truck aftermarket, Anna is very enthusiastic.
